These courses are focused on increasing student achievement by improving teacher practice and building leadership capacity. The course content is presented by nationally-recognized experts including Michael Fullan, Doug Reeves, Alan November, Charlotte Danielson, and others.
The cost per course is $55.00. Graduate credit is available for an additional fee. Participants may combine courses to complete the requirements for 1 to 2 semester hours of graduate credit. Certificates of completion are provided at the completion of each course. These certificates must be submitted to NCOESC for approval toward graduate credit requirements.

Standards-Aligned Instructional Leadership - Parts 1 and 2: This program allows school administrators to experience real life situations through the use of video

instructional leader. The program modules are based on the six standards identified by NAESP as the key
indicators of school quality. Each standard is discussed by a national educational expert including well
known names such as Roland Barth and Richard Elmore from the Harvard Principals Center. The program
